Jumper-less designs, they say are more favourable since they are usually faster and easier to set up and they just need little technical knowledge, and can be adjusted without the need to have physical access to the circuit. However, even with the advantage that jumper-less designs give electronics, jumpers are still used in computers and devices since they are seen as important inventions that have an irreplaceable role in the computing world.
